Catching Up

Well, I've been thinking about what to post on my blog...I think it will be pretty random because that is pretty much how I think.  My purpose is to post things that we have done or are going to do and to keep a journal of those things...until I get caught up things will probably not be in any particular order...


I am going to start with Bailee's Graduation from Riverton High School on June 1, 2011at UVU.  Her graduating class consisted of 605 students with over 1,000 students breaking off to go to Herriman High School last year. It is unbelievable how fast life passes by and now she will be off to college.  She has been such a great daughter and friend to me...what will I do without her here? 

Graduation was nice - Justin & Mckinley, Brian, Jera, Jory and me and Kane were there to witness this big event.  We then had a celebration dinner at PF Changs and then headed for home.  On the way home Bailee had a un-holdable urge and so we took a detour behind a UHaul Truck and took care of that urge!  Once home some of her friends came over and got their presents and then they were off to Boondocks for the Graduation Party...she came home at 3:20 a.m. and then headed off to Kenna's for a sleepover!  


I think, possibly, the hardest times in my life have been letting go.  Letting go and knowing that I now have a different role in my kids lives. I am certainly hoping that I improve in that role! That person needs to improve and also the Grandma that I am needs to improve... stay tuned!
